Shipping policy
At Unfortunate Cadaver, we carefully package and ship every item to ensure your oddities, bones, and curiosities arrive safely. Please review our shipping guidelines below before placing an order.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (with the exception of Wholesale on Demand--shipping times are listed in their product descriptions due to being formalin fixed on demand vs pre-stocked inventory).
Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional time, which will be noted in the product description.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
We ship predominantly through USPS, although oversized boxes may come via UPS.
Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within the U.S.
Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
Tracking numbers will be provided once your order has shipped.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select countries outside the U.S.
International customers are responsible for customs fees, import duties, and taxes.
Delivery times vary depending on location and customs clearance.
Packaging & Handling
Oddities and specimens are packaged with care to ensure safe arrival.
We use recycled boxes and packing supplies as frequently as we can to help combat the environmental impact of packing waste.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to legal and wildlife regulations, some items cannot be shipped to certain states or countries.
Orders placed with restricted items may be canceled and refunded.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an item has been shipped and tracking provided, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.
If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. We will assist where possible but cannot guarantee replacement for lost mail.
